beAdvice Case Example
Advisory, business growth
The company is based in Germany, they have developed an electronic data capture system and the company had been running since 2002. They are well established but had to develop a better strategy for business development and to stop losing employees that had a lot of the knowledge about the company.
We were asked to come in as advisors and we did the following:
- beAdvised program – we followed the beHR project process and after the initial Evaluation phase a report of the findings were made including suggestions of changes. Coaching managers to help them deal with high work load which resulted in staff turnover.
- Implementation of the changes – The changes were presented for the management team and monthly meetings were set up to monitor the implementation of the progress and for continued advice from HUREKA.
- Follow-up, monitoring and improvements – Six months after the implementation stage started we followed up on the changes to measure the improvements and set a long term strategy for continued progress.
After the improvement stage the business development figures were increased and the managers had been help with prioritizing the heavy work load and to structure the work differently, the staff turnover had drastically decreased and HUREKA resources had reached the goals set at the beginning of the project.
