  1. How secure is my online order?
    When you purchase online using your credit card or PayPal, all your information is entered into a secure SSL-encrypted web page. This data is then encrypted and sent directly to our payment processor’s network, where your transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information and PayPal account details are never stored on our servers.

  3. Are there any exchange rates?
    All our transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate at the time your card issuer processes the transaction.
  4. How do I place an order?
    First, find the hoodie you wish to purchase and select the desired size and quantity. Click the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on “My Cart” at the top right corner of the website, review your order, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information, along with your payment details, and follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  5. How do I set my shipping address?
    Since our service is based in English, all the information you enter must be in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, we recommend using the closest English equivalents. For example, you may replace the letter “ç” with “c”.
  6. How will my order be fulfilled?
    After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Your order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, our team will process it within 1-2 business days. After processing, your package will be shipped using our reliable carriers. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

  7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct and up-to-date before placing your order. Please avoid using a vacation address as we cannot control the duration for which customs may hold the package.   8. How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?
    As usual, it will take around 3-5 business days for shipping time. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external factors.
  9. Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
    Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. We recommend printing and saving this confirmation for your records. Make sure your email address is entered correctly to ensure you receive this confirmation.
  10. Can you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO Address?
    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses due to the size of our products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
